AI Automation
Automation that does the work, not just the demo.
Alongside the talent business, EZAI builds and runs automation: voice agents, agentic AI, RPA bots and workflow automation. We build it, we run it, and we are the ones on the phone when it breaks.
What We Build
Six kinds of automation.
Most businesses do not need one of these. They need two or three that talk to each other.
Voice AI Agents
Agents that answer and make phone calls. Booking, reminders, qualification and after-hours cover, in a voice that sounds like a person.
Agentic AI
Agents that carry out a multi-step job inside your systems: read the request, look things up, decide, act, and hand off to a human when they should.
RPA
Software robots for the rules-based work nobody wants. Rekeying between systems, reconciliations, report runs and the tasks that still live in a spreadsheet.
Document Processing
Invoices, forms, contracts and claims read, extracted, checked and pushed into your system, with humans reviewing only what the model is unsure about.
Workflow And Integration
The joins between your tools. Triggers, approvals, notifications and data moving between systems that were never designed to talk.
Internal Copilots
Assistants trained on your own documents and data, so your team can ask a question instead of hunting through a shared drive.
How We Engage
Build it, run it, or both.
Automation Audit
We map where the time actually goes, then tell you which two or three tasks are worth automating and which are not. You keep the map whether or not you build with us.
Build
We build the agent, bot or workflow, connect it to your systems, and test it against real cases before it touches a live customer.
Run
Hosting, monitoring, tuning and support. When something changes in your business, we change the automation to match.
Because EZAI is also a talent business, we can staff the work either way. Our team builds it, or we place the engineers who build it inside your team, or a mix of both.
Flagship Product
The AI Receptionist
Our most used build, packaged as a product. A voice agent that answers every call, books appointments and sends follow-up texts. Live in three to five business days.
Answers Every Call
Picks up on the first ring, every time, at any hour.
Sends Booking Links
Texts callers a link to book on the system you already use. Jane App, Calendly, Google Calendar, Acuity. Nothing to migrate.
Knows Your Business
Trained on your hours, services, locations, team and common questions. It answers like a senior team member, not a phone menu.
Every Call Logged
Recorded, transcribed and summarized. What the caller wanted and what happened, in your own dashboard.
Sensible Routing
Puts urgent calls through to your team in hours, takes messages outside them, and filters spam and robocalls.
Your Voice And Brand
Custom voice and personality. Handles interruptions and answers fast enough to feel natural.
Receptionist Setup
From signup to live in under a week.
No engineering team and no long contract. Just a working receptionist on your line.
Discovery Call
Thirty minutes on your business, your callers, your hours and the questions you get asked most.
We Build It
We write the agent's personality, load its knowledge and design the call flows around how you actually work.
You Test It
Ring it yourself, tell us what sounds wrong, and we keep tuning until it is right.
Go Live
Forward your existing number or take a new one. You keep your number either way.

Questions
What people ask before they buy.
Where should we start?
With the audit. A week, a fixed fee, and a clear list of what is worth automating in your business and what is not. Plenty of people take that list and act on part of it themselves.
What is the difference between RPA and agentic AI?
RPA follows rules you write. It is fast, cheap and predictable, and it breaks when the input changes shape. Agentic AI decides what to do next, so it handles messy input, but it needs guardrails and review. Most real automations use both.
Will it work with the systems we already have?
Usually. If a system has an API we connect to it, and if it does not we can often drive the interface directly with RPA. We check this in the audit before quoting a build.
How long does an AI receptionist take to set up?
Three to five business days in almost every case. We build it, train it on your business and test it before it takes a real call.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Forward your existing number to the agent, or take a new local number from us. Many clients start with after-hours only.
Can I change things myself afterwards?
Yes. You get a dashboard for hours, services, knowledge and call history. For anything deeper, that is what the monthly run service covers.
What happens when a caller asks something complicated?
It takes a message and alerts your team by email or SMS. In business hours it can transfer the call straight through to a person.
Start with the audit.
A week, a fixed fee, and a straight answer on what is worth automating in your business. Or book a demo of the receptionist and hear it for yourself.
