For Candidates
You get the rate before the first call.
No fishing. If we ring you about a job, there is a real job, a real client and a rate we can tell you before you give up an hour of your evening.
What We Promise
Four things, and we hold to all four.
Most of the people we work with are contractors. Your next contract matters as much as this one, which is the only reason any of this is worth doing properly.
The Rate, Up Front
Before the first call, not after two interviews. If a client will not let us share a range, we tell you that too and you decide whether it is worth your time.
A Real Description
The client, the team, the tools, the state of the program and what your first three months actually look like. Not a job ad with the company name removed.
An Answer Either Way
Including when it is a no, and why, as far as we are allowed to say. Going quiet is normal in this industry and we think it is a poor habit.
We Stay In Touch
During the contract and after it. When your engagement is winding down you should hear from us before you have to ask.
The Difference
What usually happens, and what happens here.
Most Agencies
- A call about a job with no client name and no rate
- Your CV sent out before you agreed to it
- A job ad with everything useful stripped out
- Silence after the interview
- A screener who cannot follow your answer
- Contact stops the day you sign
With EZAI
- The rate and the client before you commit an hour
- Nothing goes out without your explicit yes
- A straight account of the team, the tools and the program
- An answer either way, with whatever feedback we can pass on
- A technical conversation with someone who has done the job
- We are still in touch when the contract is winding down
Why It Is Different Here
The person screening you has worked in the technology you work in.
That works in your favor more often than not. Someone who understands the platform can explain to a client why your background fits even when your CV does not use their exact words. Real delivery experience gets recognized instead of filtered out by a keyword match.
It also means the screening call is a conversation rather than a checklist. Most people tell us it is the first useful call they have had with an agency in a while.
What You Actually Do
The systems you own, how big the estate is, what went wrong and what you did about it.
What You Want Next
Rate, location, remote or onsite, contract length, and the kind of program you would rather not join again.
What We Have, Honestly
Including nothing right now, if that is the answer. We would rather say it than leave you on a list.
What Happens Next
Nothing goes to a client until you have heard the name, the rate and the scope, and said yes.
Where The Work Is
What we place, and where.
Technologies
- ServiceNow across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, IRM and GRC
- SAP functional and technical, including S/4HANA programs
- Java and enterprise application engineering
- Mainframe modernization and legacy migration
- AI and GenAI engineering, cloud and data
Clients And Regions
- EV and mobility, financial services, energy and technology consulting
- Work across India, Asia, Europe and Latin America
- Onshore, offshore and nearshore, so remote and hybrid roles are normal here
- Mostly contract, plus permanent, fractional and interim roles
Questions We Get
Straight answers.
Will you send my CV out without asking me?
No. Your profile goes nowhere until you have heard the client name, the rate and the scope, and told us to go ahead.
Will you tell me what the client is paying?
We tell you your rate before anything is submitted, and we will tell you the markup band we work to on that contract. You will never find out later that the number moved without you knowing.
I am not looking right now. Is it worth talking?
Yes. Most of our placements come from people we already know. Twenty minutes now means that when something genuinely fits, we already understand what you want and can move fast.
What happens if I do not get the role?
You hear from us with the outcome and whatever feedback we can pass on, then we keep you in mind for the next one. We do not disappear.
Do you only place contractors?
Mostly, but not only. We run permanent, contract-to-hire, fractional and interim searches in the same practices, so tell us which you want.
Can you help with a fractional or part-time senior role?
Yes. We place fractional CIOs, architects and interim leaders on a few days a week or for a fixed block. If that is the shape you want, say so.
Send us your profile.
Tell us what you work on and what you want next. If we have nothing right now, we will say so rather than leave you on a list.
